Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Processing Officer at Flyworld Migration Lawyers, located in Ernakulam. The role involves processing visa applications and legal documentation while ensuring accuracy and compliance with immigration guidelines. The Processing Officer will manage client communications, provide guidance on visa requirements, and support the resolution of client queries. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with legal teams, staying up-to-date with immigration policies, and ensuring timely submission of visa applications. Qualifications Proven ability in handling administrative tasks and processing documentation efficiently Strong understanding of immigration policies and visa application processes Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and legal teams Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in accordance with legal compliance standards Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data management and documentation Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Educational background in law, business administration, or a related field is a plus Experience in immigration services or a legal background is desirable but not mandatory
