Full-Day Preschool Teacher & Dance Instructor

Position: Full-Day Preschool Teacher & Dance Instructor Location: Rohini Sector 23 (Candidates Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM (Reporting Time: 8:45 AM) Alternate Saturday working 10 AM to 4 PM Working Days: Monday to Saturday (5.5 Days) Qualification & Experience • Graduate / NTT / ECCEd / Teacher Training (Mandatory) • Minimum 1 year of preschool teaching experience (Preferred) • Formal dance training in any recognized style (Classical / Bollywood / Contemporary / Western / Folk etc.) – Mandatory • Experience teaching dance to young children preferred • Age: 22 years or above • English fluency: Good Role Overview: We are looking for a trained Dance Teacher who is also confident handling preschool children in an early learning environment. • Morning half: Preschool Teacher • Afternoon/Evening : Dance Instructor for After-School, Daycare & External Enrollments Candidates must be comfortable managing young children (2–6 years) and conducting structured dance sessions daily. Morning Responsibilities as a Preschool Teacher: • Ensure a safe, secure and engaging classroom environment. • Implement curriculum and daily planners as per center guidelines. • Conduct guided learning activities and creative play. • Maintain daily observations, anecdotes, and child progress records. • Attend to children's basic needs. • Maintain classroom inventory and learning materials. • Communicate effectively with parents regarding child development. • Participate in trainings and follow administrative policies. Evening Responsibilities as a Dance Instructor: • Conduct structured dance classes on all weekdays (Monday–Friday). • Design age-appropriate choreography for preschool and primary-age children. • Manage separate batches for different age-groups • Prepare children for annual day, events, and stage performances. • Maintain discipline and safety during dance sessions. Important: Candidate must be willing to conduct dance classes daily as part of her core responsibility. This is not an optional add-on role. Additional Requirements • Must reside within 20 minutes of Rohini Sector 23 • Must have PAN Card and Aadhaar Card • Must be available full-day (9:00 AM – 6:30 PM), Monday to Friday Reading- Can read and understand planner. Writing-Can write Anecdotes, Care call and COR. Speaking-Can talk to Parents and Children.
