Growth Associate – North America (US GTM) Location: India (NA shift) Experience: 1–3 years (high-potential fresh grads welcome) Type: Full-time Why this role exists Forescribe is building the control plane for Software Governance and Asset Management in modern enterprises. As we expand into North America, we’re looking for a smart, high-agency operator who wants to build GTM from the ground up — not just follow scripts. You’ll work directly with the Founder to crack early distribution in the US market: opening doors, learning how enterprise sales really works, and shaping our outbound + partnerships motion from Day 1. This is not a “SDR job”. This is a front-row seat to building a global PaaS company. What you’ll own • Own outbound for the North America market (US-first): research, craft smart outreach, open doors • Build relationships with IT, Procurement, Digital Transformation leaders • Qualify enterprise opportunities and set up high-quality discovery calls for leadership • Experiment with GTM motions: cold email, LinkedIn, events, partnerships, founder-led loops • Build and continuously refine messaging for the US enterprise buyer • Maintain clean CRM hygiene and pipeline intelligence • Bring market feedback from US prospects to product & positioning discussions • Over time: own a mini-market or segment end-to-end (vertical / geo / partner motion) What we’re looking for • Sharp communicator — clear, confident, and thoughtful in writing & conversations • High agency: you take ownership, don’t wait for instructions • Strong research skills — you personalize, you don’t spray-and-pray • Curious about enterprise SaaS, AI, cloud, IT, FinOps, governance • Comfortable working North America hours • Hungry to build — not just execute • Bonus: prior B2B SaaS, consulting, GTM, or founder’s office experience What you’ll learn (fast) • How enterprise buying actually works in the US • How founder-led sales scales into a real GTM engine • How to run discovery with CXOs and senior IT leaders • How to build positioning, not just pitch decks • How early-stage startups create leverage with limited resources Growth path This is a career-launching role, not a terminal one.
