The candidate will be responsible for improving the company’s online presence, generating leads, and promoting our projects through strategic digital marketing activities. Key Roles & Responsibilities: • Manage company social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn • Create and publish engaging content related to construction projects, site updates, and company activities • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and brand awareness • Manage paid advertisements on social media platforms (Meta Ads / Google Ads) • Coordinate with the design team for creative posts, banners, and promotional materials • Update company website content and project portfolio regularly • Monitor digital marketing performance and prepare monthly reports • Support recruitment campaigns and company branding initiatives online Required Skills: • Knowledge of social media marketing and content creation • Basic understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads • Experience with tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools • Strong communication and creative thinking skills • Basic knowledge of SEO and digital analytics is an advantage Preferred Candidate Profile: • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field • Passion for digital marketing and brand development • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: • Health insurance • Paid sick time Work Location: In person
