React Developer - Javascript/Next.js

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in React (preferably Next.js), solid engineering fundamentals, and experience working on scalable product-based applications.This role requires strong technical ownership, problem-solving capability, and clear communication skills.Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React (Next.js mandatory)- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, UI/UX, and Backend teams- Build high-performance, reusable components and optimize application performance- Contribute to architecture discussions and technical decision-making- Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and code reviews- Participate in requirement analysis and technical estimations.Mandatory Skills : - 5+ years of professional software development experience- Strong hands-on experience with React.js (Next.js is mandatory)- Solid understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript preferred- Experience working on product-based applications (not purely service/support projects)- Strong understanding of REST APIs and frontend-backend integration- Excellent communication and articulation skills.Good to Have : - Backend development experience in Python or Java- Experience with microservices architecture- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments- Understanding of performance optimization and scalability.Preferred Candidate Profile : - Engineering graduate (CS / CE / IT / AI)- Experience working in fast-paced product environments- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently- Clear communicator with ability to interact directly with stakeholders (ref: hirist.tech)
