Business Immigration Analyst/ Consultant

We are seeking a proactive and well-spoken Immigration Analyst/Consultant to manage and support immigration-related processes for foreign nationals. The role involves; manage immigration procedures end to end efficiently while ensuring adherence to applicable rules and regulations. Regular interaction with FRRO offices across Gujarat, effective coordination with government officials, and ensuring smooth handling of documentation and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities: • Act as the primary point of contact for foreign nationals for immigration and FRRO-related matters. • Coordinate and liaise with various immigration/govt offices across Gujarat for visa, registration, extension, exit, and other compliance processes. • Manage immigration procedures end to end efficiently while ensuring adherence to applicable rules and regulations. • Communicate confidently and professionally with officers to resolve queries and expedite processes where possible. • Assist in preparing, reviewing, and submitting immigration documentation accurately and within timelines. • Track application statuses and provide regular updates to stakeholders. • Address issues or delays proactively and provide practical solutions. • Maintain proper records, files, and compliance documentation. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Fluency in Gujarati (mandatory); proficiency in English and Hindi (preferred). • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to speak to government officers . • Experience or familiarity with Indian immigration processes and FRRO procedures is highly desirable. • Ability to interact professionally with foreign nationals from diverse cultural backgrounds . • Strong coordination, follow-up, and negotiation skills. • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously. • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle sensitive and time-critical matters. Preferred Experience (not mandatory): • Prior experience working with immigration consultancies, legal firms, or corporate immigration teams. • Knowledge of visa categories, registration requirements, and compliance norms. Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree/Master in any field
