We are building a digital coaching and education company that helps people increase their income and create financial freedom.
We are looking for a Sales & Appointment Executive who will work directly with the founder. Your main job is to talk to people, generate leads, and keep the founder’s calendar full of discovery calls.
This is a performance-based role focused on lead generation, outreach, and appointment booking.
This is NOT a normal telecalling job.
You will work on sales, outreach, and daily business activities.
Main Goal
Your main goal is simple:
Book discovery calls every day.
Target:
• 4 qualified bookings per day
• Around 120 bookings per month
Your ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Outreach
• Reply to incoming leads from LinkedIn, WhatsApp, YouTube, and webinars
• Message and call new people through LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, and phone
• Call people from our existing database when needed
• Follow up with old leads and interested prospects
Appointment Booking
• Talk to prospects and understand their needs
• Book discovery calls on the calendar
• Send reminders before calls
• Follow up regularly
Support Work
• Help with posting content when needed
• Reply to messages and comments
• Update CRM and daily reports
• Support the founder in daily business work
Performance Measurement
You will be evaluated based on:
• Number of appointments booked
• Leads contacted and qualified
• Follow-ups completed
• Contribution toward monthly revenue goals
✅ Requirements
• 1–3 years experience in sales, calling, or customer interaction
• Comfortable talking to people daily
• Fluent in Hindi and English
• Confident on the phone and WhatsApp
• Disciplined and responsible
• Willing to learn sales and business skills
Salary & Incentives
• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month
• Extra incentives for qualified bookings
• Revenue performance bonus
Expected total earnings: ₹30,000 – ₹80,000 per month based on performance.
