Coupa Functional Consultant (SAP Integration)

Key Responsibilities : • Configure, customize, and optimize Coupa modules including Procurement, Invoicing, Spend Analysis, and Contract Management. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate Coupa with SAP ERP systems. • Analyse existing procurement workflows and recommend automation and process‑efficiency improvements. • Provide functional and technical support for Coupa, including issue resolution and system enhancements. • Conduct end‑user training, prepare documentation, and support change management initiatives. Required Skills : • Strong hands‑on experience with the Coupa Procurement Suite. • Knowledge of SAP SRM, Ariba, and integration frameworks; experience with migration projects involving Coupa and SAP. • Understanding of compliance, audit standards, and data security in procurement systems. • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills. Preferred Qualifications : • Certification in Coupa and/or SAP. • Experience in manufacturing or FMCG industries. • Exposure to global rollout projects and multi‑country implementations.
