Freelance HR Recruiter We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Freelance HR Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process across various industries and client portfolios. This role involves sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a seamless hiring and onboarding experience. As a freelance recruiter, you'll be expected to work independently while maintaining strong communication with both clients and candidates. Key Responsibilities: • Talent Sourcing & Screening • Proactively source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases. Review resumes and conduct initial screening to ensure alignment with client requirements. • Interview Management Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Ensure timely communication and provide necessary information to both parties. • Candidate Engagement Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Handle offer negotiations and ensure candidates are well-informed and engaged.Build and nurture strong relationships with clients. Understand their hiring needs and provide regular updates and strategic input throughout the recruitment cycle.Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to offer rollout and onboarding—to ensure successful closures.Required Skills & Qualifications: • Client Relationship Management • End-to-End Recruitment Execution • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proven ability to build and maintain professional networks. • Hands-on experience with multiple sourcing techniques and platforms. • Solid understanding of recruitment best practices and legal considerations. • Ability to juggle multiple hiring projects and meet tight deadlines. • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. • Versatility in working across various industries and job functions. • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
