AI & Automation Lead (E-commerce Growth)

1. THE MISSION We are a fast-scaling UK-based Print-on-Demand and E-commerce group. We don't just sell products; we use data and intelligence to find "Hidden Winners" before the competition. We are looking for a "Split-Brain" AI Specialist: Someone who understands the technical architecture of AI but is obsessed with the business result. You aren't here to write code for the sake of it; you are here to build systems that find trends, automate marketing, and scale our operations. 2. THE ROLE (What you will actually do) • Own "Project Heist": Take our proprietary trend-identification tools and supercharge them with AI to find winning products on TikTok, Amazon, and Etsy. • Operational Efficiency: Audit our India-based design and admin teams. Implement AI workflows to 10x their output (Image generation, automated listing descriptions, data scraping). • Knowledge Transfer: You will be the "AI Professor" for the office. You must be able to explain complex AI to the owner and train the team to use the tools you build. • Scale Sales: Build and manage AI-driven marketing flows for new channels like TikTok Shop and Temu sourcing. 3. WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT (The "Hungry" Part) We don't pay high flat wages for people to "sit and maintain." We pay for velocity. • Base Salary: Competitive and stable. • The Bonus: We offer aggressive, uncapped bonuses tied directly to: • Successful deployment of automation tools (Milestone-based). • Revenue growth from AI-identified products (Profit-sharing). • Measurable time-savings in the India office (Efficiency-based). 4. REQUIREMENTS • Proven Experience: You must have built and deployed AI/LLM applications, automated web scrapers, or data-driven e-commerce tools. • Strategic Mindset: You understand that AI is a tool to make money, not just a hobby. • Communication: Fluent English is a must. You will report directly to the UK-based owner. • Location: Ability to attend our Nadiad office.
