Investment Banker (CA Article)

As a CA Article, you will have the opportunity to join the Investment Banking team and gain hands-on exposure in financial advisory, valuation, transaction support, and fundraising assignments. You will be involved in various tasks such as preparing Financial Models, Business Plans, and Pitch Decks, supporting Business Valuation assignments, conducting financial analysis and industry research, assisting in the preparation of Information Memorandum and investor presentations, working on due diligence processes, coordinating with clients and investors, performing market research, and supporting in data analysis and MIS reports. Qualifications required for this role include: - CA Intermediate cleared with both Groups cleared - Strong understanding of Accounting, Financial Statements, and Corporate Finance concepts - Basic knowledge of Financial Modeling and Valuation preferred - Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint - Good analytical and communication skills The role offers exposure to live fundraising and M&A transactions, practical learning in financial modeling and valuation, and professional growth in the Investment Banking domain.
