Job Description DGM – Investment Documentation & Operations Role Overview: The DGM – Investment Documentation & Operations will be responsible for managing end-to-end documentation, coordination, and MIS tracking across the investment lifecycle of a diversified family office portfolio. This Delhi-based role focuses on governance, compliance, and operational management and does not involve investment decision-making. This is a structured, process-driven operational role focused on documentation accuracy, compliance, and execution support. Key Responsibilities: • Manage documentation and execution processes across equities, fixed income, AIFs, PMS, PE/VC, real estate, and other alternative assets, in line with internal investment policy and governance standards. • Review, coordinate, and complete detailed legal and investment documentation including investment deeds, subscription agreements, side letters, and related documents. • Update and maintain portfolio MIS, dashboards, and trackers to monitor capital calls, drawdowns, distributions, and documentation status. • Coordinate with accounts/finance teams to ensure timely fund transfers, documentation closure, and reconciliation. • Liaise with private banks, wealth managers, fund managers, legal advisors, and other ecosystem partners for documentation and operational requirements. • Support preparation of investment notes and maintain documentation records for internal review and audit purposes. • Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, internal governance standards, and investment policy documentation. • Continuously track existing investments for documentation completeness, reporting accuracy, and process compliance. • Stay updated on documentation requirements across asset classes and ensure timely execution support. Candidate Profile: • 8–12 years of relevant experience in investment operations, asset management back-office, wealth management operations, family offices, or related roles. • Strong exposure to multi-asset portfolios and familiarity with investment documentation across asset classes. • Clear understanding of investment deeds, subscription documentation, and MIS reporting systems. • Strong attention to detail and high comfort level handling legal, real estate, and investment-related documents. • Process-driven, structured, and comfortable in an operational role critical to the investment lifecycle. • Open to professionals from family offices, asset management firms, investment operations, or back-office roles.
