About Neemcrafts This role is for Neemcrafts — a premium hand-embroidered home textiles brand that blends contemporary design with centuries-old Indian artisanal craftsmanship. The selected candidate will be working full-time, on-site at the Neemcrafts office in Hyderabad. About the Role We are looking for a Shopify-focused eCommerce professional to fully own and manage our Shopify-based online store. You will be the primary point of contact for all Shopify store operations. Key Responsibilities Shopify Store Management • Manage day-to-day operations of the Shopify store • Keep the website functional, up-to-date, and optimised for performance • Configure and manage Shopify apps, themes, and integrations • Monitor analytics and report on key performance metrics • Implement seasonal updates, promotions, and page changes Product Listing & Inventory • Upload and manage product listings including titles, descriptions, images, and pricing • Maintain accurate inventory levels across channels • Coordinate with suppliers or warehouse for stock replenishment • Handle product categorisation, tagging, and SEO-friendly structuring Customer Support • Respond to customer inquiries and order issues via email and chat • Manage returns, refunds, and exchanges per company policy • Ensure a positive post-purchase experience Requirements • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing a Shopify store • Strong understanding of Shopify admin, apps, and store operations • Experience handling product uploads, inventory, and store management • Basic familiarity with Shopify themes and integrations • Strong organisational and communication skills Work Location: Neemcrafts Office, Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-Time (On-site)
