Kitchen and Bath Designer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Kitchen Bedroom and Bath Sales Designer, based in Rawtenstall. You will collaborate with clients to design functional and visually appealing kitchen bedroom bathroom spaces, provide expert recommendations on cabinetry and materials, and maintain a high level of customer service. Daily responsibilities include creating design plans, generating quotations, presenting proposals, managing client expectations, assisting in sales, and coordinating with team members and suppliers to ensure successful project completion. Our superb showroom facility generates many leads throughout each week across several client types covering both retail & trades. Extensive product options give great design & cost flexibility with bespoke options across many product groups. Qualifications • Proficiency in some or all of Kitchen, Bedroom & Bath Design etc., with a strong portfolio of completed projects. • Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to understand and respond to client needs effectively. • Experience in Sales and an understanding of upselling and c • .ross-selling techniques in a retail or design environment. • Knowledge of Cabinetry and materials, with the ability to make informed recommendations based on customer preferences and space requirements. • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills. • Proficiency in design software and tools (e.g., CAD programs) is preferred
