Job Description This is a project-based freelance position in Bangalore. Compulsory Requirement: Minimum 2 Years Experience as a professional photographer with a strong portfolio Payment Structure: Project-based payments - Photographer gets paid only when FyerX secures a client project. Payment varies based on project scope, shoot type, and client budget. Competitive rates aligned with industry standards. Work Arrangement: On-site (Client locations, studio, outdoor shoots in Bangalore) Advantage: Prior experience working with marketing agencies or brands Language Preference - English, Kannada, Tamil/Hindi Company Website: https://fyerx.com Responsibilities: • Capture high-quality photographs for client campaigns, including product shoots, corporate events, brand activations, and social media content across Bangalore. • Collaborate with FyerX's creative team and clients to understand project briefs, visual requirements, and brand aesthetics; execute photography aligned with campaign objectives. • Plan and execute photo shoots including location scouting, lighting setup, equipment preparation, and composition to deliver professional results. • Edit and retouch images using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar software to ensure brand consistency and high-quality deliverables within project timelines. • Maintain and manage photography equipment (cameras, lenses, lighting, props); ensure equipment is shoot-ready and properly stored. Requirements • 2+ years of professional photography experience with a diverse portfolio showcasing product, corporate, lifestyle, or brand photography work. • Proficiency with DSLR/mirrorless cameras; expertise in camera settings (aperture, shutter speed, ISO), lighting techniques (natural and artificial), and composition principles. • Strong photo editing skills using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, or Capture One; ability to perform color correction, retouching, and post-processing. • Own professional photography equipment including camera body, multiple lenses, lighting equipment, and accessories necessary for various shoot types. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work with marketing teams, clients, and creative directors to translate vision into visual content.
