The role involves engaging with plant heads, maintenance teams, and decision-makers to understand operational challenges and position Delpheon as a value-driven solution. Key Responsibilities • Identify and develop new business opportunities in manufacturing and process industries around Coimbatore and nearby regions • Engage with customers to understand automation, production, utility, and operational pain points • Present and demonstrate Delpheon solutions to prospective customers • Coordinate with presales, engineering, and delivery teams for solution discussions • Manage customer meetings, site visits, demos, and proof-of-concept discussions • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and channel partners Required Skills & Experience • 5-6 years of experience in sales, with prior experience selling automation products or solutions such as PLCs, SCADA, sensors, drives, or industrial software platforms, factory solutions, or IIoT sales
