Health Specialist

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Health Specialist, based in Delhi, India. The Health Specialist will be responsible for delivering health-related programs, providing guidance on occupational health and medicine, promoting wellness initiatives, and offering exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include conducting assessments, creating health promotion plans, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the implementation of health initiatives that comply with organizational and regulatory standards. Qualifications • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with a diverse range of individuals and teams • Expertise in Occupational Health and Medicine to address health-related concerns and promote a safe working environment • Knowledge and experience in Health Promotion initiatives to design and deliver impactful wellness programs • Proven ability to work collaboratively in diverse settings and adapt to evolving health needs • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Public Health, Medicine, Nursing, or a related field • Certification in health and safety is an added advantage
