Inbound Sales Representative

Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual to join us as Inbound Sales Representative. The ideal candidate should be able to manage and convert incoming customer inquiries into sales by providing product information, addressing needs, and guiding prospects through the buying process. Responsibilities: • Inquiry Management: Respond promptly to incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from prospects interested in company products or services. • Lead Conversion: Qualify inbound leads and guide them through the sales pipeline to close deals. • Sales Conversion: Convert qualified leads into confirmed orders, memberships, or bookings. • Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of sports products (e.g., apparel, turf, equipment) to offer tailored recommendations. • Relationship Management: Build rapport with clients (corporate, schools, individuals) and ensure a positive customer experience. • CRM & Documentation: Accurately log all client interactions, lead details, and sales, and manage pipelines using CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce). • Follow-ups: Execute a disciplined follow-up process for pending queries. • Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, marketing) to ensure smooth order execution. Requirements: • 1–4 years of experience in inbound sales, tele calling, or customer service, • Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills. • Must be flexible with shifts and should be able to work on a rotating schedule to meet business needs. • Good time management and organizational skills. • Strong presentation and negotiation skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet etc. • Good telephone etiquettes. • Ability to manage stressful situations and strict deadlines. • Highly motivated individual. • Ability to offer excellent customer service.
