Job Title: B2B Sales Lead
Location: Bangalore
Experience Required: 3–4 Years in B2B Sales
Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and result-oriented B2B Sales Lead who can lead and scale institutional and corporate sales. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, and serve as a single point of coordination across departments to ensure smooth business flow.
This role requires strategic thinking combined with strong execution capabilities to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Revenue Growth
• Identify and acquire new B2B clients across target segments.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Build long-term relationships with corporate, institutional, and channel partners.
• Drive negotiations and close high-value deals.
Cross-Functional Coordination
• Act as a single point of contact between Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain.
• Ensure seamless order processing, dispatch coordination, and payment follow-ups.
• Align internal teams to meet client commitments and timelines.
Client Relationship Management
• Maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
• Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and retention.
Sales Operations & Reporting
• Track sales pipeline, conversions, and performance metrics.
• Prepare forecasts and sales reports.
• Monitor collections and ensure healthy cash flow.
Ideal Candidate Profile
• 3–4 years of prior experience in B2B or institutional sales.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong multitasking ability with structured execution approach.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple departments effectively.
• Good understanding of business processes and operational flow.
• Target-driven, proactive, and ownership-oriented mindset.
• Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
