Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic HR Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Chourai. In this hands-on role, you will build and manage HR systems from the ground up in a small, high-growth company. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement complete employee recruitment, onboarding, and primary training systems • Identify and map candidates with specialized skills in Sales, Insurance, Finance, Stock Market, Taxation, and related areas • Create attractive, performance-based Salary + Incentive structures (no unnecessary deductions; commission-friendly) • Drive team motivation, performance tracking, and basic HR policy implementation • Handle end-to-end HR operations in a small company setup – from recruitment to employee engagement • Attract growth-minded talent comfortable with commission-based earning What We're Looking For • 3–7 years of HR experience (preferably in financial services, consultancy, or sales-driven companies) • Strong recruitment skills with proven track record using LinkedIn, Naukri, references, etc. • Experience in designing incentive and variable pay structures • Excellent communication in Hindi + English • Startup/small company mindset: flexible, proactive, and multi-tasking • Prior managerial HR experience with team leadership • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification like SHRM-CP/PHR is a plus) • Willing to work on-site in Chourai, Dist. Chhindwara, M.P.
