Role Description This is a hybrid internship role for a Sales & Lead Generation Intern based in Delhi, with some work-from-home flexibility. The intern will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, generating leads, and managing sales pipelines. Key tasks include engaging with prospective customers, conducting follow-ups, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets. The role offers a stipend along with performance-based incentives. Qualifications • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs. • Basic Sales and Training skills to generate leads, nurture prospects, and guide customers through the sales process. • Knowledge of Sales Management fundamentals, including pipeline tracking and target planning. • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a hybrid work environment and manage responsibilities independently. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). • Experience or familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is a plus.
