The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of recruiting processes, which include sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier candidates for technical positions. The role involves collaborating closely with hiring managers, identifying qualified candidates to meet organizational needs, and fostering strong relationships with both candidates and stakeholders. Qualifications - Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Technical Recruiting, and Hiring processes - Atleast 3 years of experience in hiring technology roles for product based companies - Strong understanding of Recruiting practices, including sourcing and talent acquisition - Excellent Communication skills, including written and verbal proficiency - Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with hiring managers and candidates - Knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and industry best practices - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - Previous experience in technical recruitment, particularly in the IT or engineering sectors, is highly desirable
