Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Manager based in Hyderabad. The HR Manager will oversee human resource operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management. The role will involve developing HR policies, addressing employee relations, designing learning and development initiatives, and fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture. The HR Manager will work closely with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and ensure the growth and well-being of the team. Qualifications • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, employee onboarding, and talent acquisition • Experience in performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development • Proficiency in HR-related compliance, labor laws, and workplace policies • Skills in conflict resolution, employee relations, and fostering a collaborative environment • Ability to develop and implement learning and development programs for employees • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certifications are a plus • Previous experience in an HR Manager or similar role is highly preferred
