Job Title: Promotional Brand Ambassador (Male & Female) We are looking for enthusiastic, outgoing individuals to serve as the "face" of our brand in Ayodhya. Your goal is to attract crowds, demonstrate our products, and convert public interest into immediate sales. Key Responsibilities • Public Engagement: Proactively approach people in high-footfall areas of Ayodhya to introduce the company product. • Product Demonstration: Perform live demonstrations to showcase product features and benefits. • Sales Conversion: Use persuasive communication to meet daily sales targets and handle cash/digital transactions. • Lead Collection: Gather potential customer contact information and feedback for future follow-ups. • Brand Representation: Maintain a professional, branded appearance and follow company messaging guidelines. • Setup/Teardown: Assist in setting up promotional kiosks, banners, and product displays. Required Skills & Qualifications • Communication: Fluent in Hindi (local Ayodhya dialect preferred) and basic English. • Personality: Highly energetic, charismatic, and comfortable speaking to large groups. • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and remain active for long periods (typically 8-12 hours). • Experience: Prior experience in field sales, event promotion, or retail is a plus. • Education: Minimum 10th or 12th pass; college students are encouraged to apply.
