Role Overview: As a Human Resource Manager for a retail supermarket chain in Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu, you will play a crucial role in leading and strengthening the people systems across the supermarket operations. Your focus will be on building a positive work culture, driving performance, and creating efficient HR systems.
