Meta and Google ads Expert- Performance marketer

Role Overview: We are hiring a Senior Performance Marketer with deep expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads. This role involves leading a team, managing campaigns, working closely with clients, and ensuring powerful creative execution that drives ROI. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management & Strategy • Plan, launch, and optimize high-performing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads • Monitor budgets, analyze data, and scale campaigns for performance Team Leadership • Lead and mentor a team of junior performance marketers and interns • Set weekly goals, review performance, and ensure task execution aligns with strategy Client Communication • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients • Share regular updates, performance reports, and strategic insights Creative & Content Collaboration • Work closely with creative strategists and designers to ensure trendy and impactful ad creatives • Suggest ideas for reels, visuals, and content that boost CTR and engagement Marketing Trends & Tools • Stay updated with latest ad platform changes, audience behavior trends, and automation tools • Run A/B tests and implement learnings across campaigns Requirements: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads Proven track record of high-ROI paid campaigns Excellent team management and leadership skills Client-facing communication ability (verbal and written) Deep knowledge of Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and industry tools Must be available to work onsite from our Jaipur office Why Join Us Dynamic, creative, and growth-oriented environment Work directly with founders and core team Exposure to diverse brands and exciting campaigns Opportunity to lead and grow your own performance team Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
