We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Stenographer Trainer for our Sealdah Campus to guide and mentor students in shorthand and typing skills. Key Responsibilities • Deliver classroom training in English & Bengali Shorthand and Typing (Manual & Computerized) • Train students in transcription, dictation practice, and speed-building techniques • Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and practice exercises • Conduct regular assessments, mock tests, and speed tests • Maintain attendance records and student performance reports • Provide practical exposure and exam-oriented preparation • Ensure discipline and maintain academic standards in the classroom • Assist students in preparation for competitive exams and job placements Required Qualifications & Skills • Minimum Graduate in any discipline • Certification/Diploma in Stenography • Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Stenography Trainer • Excellent command over English (knowledge of Bengali shorthand preferred) • Proficiency in typing and transcription • Strong communication and classroom management skills • Ability to motivate and mentor students Preferred Criteria • Experience in vocational training institutes • Familiarity with government exam patterns • Computer proficiency (MS Office, basic documentation work) Salary As per industry standards (Negotiable based on experience and skill level) To Apply please submit your resume and a cover letter detailing your relevant experience and why you are a suitable candidate for this role to [].
