Germanten Hospital is looking for a dedicated and professional Call Center Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling patient inquiries, appointment bookings, and providing accurate information about hospital services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
• Assist patients with appointment scheduling and follow-ups
• Provide information about hospital services, doctors, and departments
• Maintain patient records and update call logs accurately
• Address patient queries and escalate issues when required
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be proficient in Marathi (mandatory) along with Hindi/English/Telugu
• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills
• Ability to handle patient queries with empathy and patience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Attapur, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
