As a Global Technical Sales Support Specialist at GEWISS, you will be a key player in the pre-sales technical activities, ensuring accurate interpretation of customer requirements and delivering competitive, high-quality technical and commercial proposals. You will collaborate closely with international teams to transform complex project needs into reliable technical solutions. • *Key Responsibilities:** - Analyze technical specifications, tender documents, and project documentation from various stakeholders - Prepare detailed technical quotations, including configurations, bills of materials, and feasibility assessments - Select suitable products and solutions from the portfolio, ensuring compliance with standards and applications - Collaborate with international subsidiaries to define solutions aligned with industry standards - Provide timely technical responses to the commercial network - Contribute to the development of improved quotation methodologies and internal technical workflows - Travel internationally for short business trips for technical site visits and training events • *Qualification Required:** - Technical diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields - Solid knowledge of electrical systems and products - Ability to read electrical schematics, technical drawings, and project documentation - Familiarity with national and international electrical standards - Strong IT skills including MS Office (especially Excel), ERP systems, and configurators - Good command of English; additional languages (Spanish, French, German) are a plus If you have 25 years of experience in technical roles such as quotation, technical office, pre-sales, technical sales support, or product support, along with a passion for combining technical expertise and customer-focused solutions in an international environment, we would like to hear from you.
