Key Responsibilities • Website & Platform Management: Manage day-to-day technical operations of the Giftech Global website and internal dashboards. Monitor website performance, uptime, and functionality, and troubleshoot issues promptly. Coordinate with developers and vendors for website updates, enhancements, and bug fixes. • System & Tool Support: Support internal teams with technical requirements related to CRM, ERP, order management, and inventory systems. Ensure smooth integration between e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, logistics partners, and third-party tools. Document system workflows, processes, and basic technical SOPs. • Data, Security & Performance: Assist in maintaining data accuracy, backups, and access controls across systems. Support implementation of basic security practices and compliance requirements. Monitor site speed, performance metrics, and report anomalies. • Reporting & Coordination: Track and report technical issues, resolutions, and areas for improvement. Coordinate cross-functionally with e-commerce, marketing, operations, and finance teams to support business needs. Assist in testing new features, tools, and platform enhancements before deployment.
