Staff Nurse Hrbr Layout (India)

Gifted Hands Hospital is growing rapidly and is searching for experienced candidates for Staff Nurse. Roles and Responsibities: Provide direct nursing care to patients as per hospital policies Monitor vital signs and patient condition regularly Administer medications, injections, IV fluids and treatments as prescribed Assist doctors during examinations, procedures and rounds Maintain accurate nursing notes and patient documentation Ensure injection prevention and patient safety protocols are followed Prepare patients for procedures and investigations Respond to patient calls and emergencies promptly Educate patients and attendants regarding care, medications and hygiene Assist in admission, transfer and discharge of patients Maintain cleanliness of patient care areas and nursing stations Assist with filing duties and additional nursing tasks as necessary Qualifications for Staff Nurse GNM / ANM / B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institute Valid State Nursing Council / Indian Nursing Council registration 6 months to 2 years of experience as a Staff Nurse in a hospital preferred Freshers may be considered based on department requirement Ability to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends Positive communication and interpersonal skills Experience in NABH-accredited hospital is a plus Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Perks: Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location: In person
