We are hiring an Front desk receptionist at Glade Sports Hub LLP.. Our Arena facilities provide state-of-the-art sports arenas, courts, and gaming areas, creating a dynamic space for athletes and sports enthusiasts. The Diner department offers a vibrant café and nutrition services, ensuring our members have access to healthy and delicious food options. Lastly, our Events department organizes tournaments, events, and competitions, fostering a sense of camaraderie and friendly competition among our members. ROLE OVERVIEW The Front Desk Executive is responsible for creating a welcoming and professional first impression for visitors and clients by greeting and assisting them politely, handling incoming calls and basic inquiries, and managing appointments and schedules. The role also involves maintaining front desk records and registers, supporting basic billing or payment entries when required, coordinating with staff and management for smooth operations, and ensuring the reception area remains clean, organized, and professional at all times. REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor's (BBA , or any other related field.) • Good communication skills • Presentable and professional attitude • Ability to handle multiple tasks • Basic record-keeping and coordination skills • Willingness to learn and take responsibility KEY RESPOSIBILITIES • Greet and assist visitors and clients politely • Handle incoming calls and basic inquiries • Manage appointments and schedules • Maintain front desk records and registers • Handle basic billing, entries, or payments (if required) • Coordinate with staff and management • Maintain a clean and professional front desk area PERKS AND BENEFITS • Free gym membership / workout access • Free participation in community events[ kayaking, turf, trekking] Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Benefits: • Paid sick time • Paid time off Work Location: In person
