CSA (Customer Service Associate)

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-centric Associate to join our Domestic Voice Process team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, responsible for handling Inbound queries and making Outbound calls to ensure service excellence. You will play a vital role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate resolutions.
