We aim to provide structured classroom learning in an interactive virtual environment. --- ## *Job Role* We are hiring *Online School Teachers for Classroom Teaching* who can conduct structured, curriculum-based live classes in a virtual classroom setup. --- ## *Subjects Open for Hiring* • Social Science • Science • Digital Literacy • Financial Literacy • Pre-Primary (Early Childhood Education) --- ## *Work Shifts (IST)* • *Morning Shift:* 10:30 AM – 2:30 PM • *Evening Shift:* 8:30 PM – 12:30 AM Candidates can choose either one shift or both shifts based on availability. --- ## *Key Responsibilities* • Conduct live online classroom sessions as per school schedule • Follow structured curriculum and academic guidelines • Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments • Maintain classroom discipline and engagement • Track and evaluate student progress • Provide feedback to students and parents when required • Coordinate with academic and operations team --- ## *Eligibility Criteria* • Graduate/Postgraduate in relevant subject • Prior teaching experience preferred • Strong communication and presentation skills • Comfortable using digital tools and online platforms • Passionate about teaching and student development --- ## *Salary Structure* • ₹12,000 – ₹30,000 per month* (Depending on skillset, subject expertise, experience, and shift selection) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Work Location: Remote
