Job Description:
We are hiring a Cost Controller with 2–3 years of experience in the food & beverage industry. The role is responsible for maintaining accounts, controlling food & beverage costs, managing inventory, and supporting financial reporting across restaurant outlets.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain daily accounting records and reconciliations
• Monitor and control food & beverage costs
• Perform recipe/menu costing and margin analysis
• Manage inventory, stock counts, and variance reports
• Review supplier invoices and purchase records
• Support monthly financial reports and VAT compliance
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2–3 years of F&B / restaurant accounting experience
• Strong cost control and inventory management skills
• Proficient in accounting software and Excel
