Key Responsibilities • Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and systems. • Verify data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency. • Review and cross-check information to identify errors or discrepancies. • Organize and manage electronic files and documentation efficiently. • Generate reports as required by management or internal teams. • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information. • Collaborate with team members remotely to ensure smooth workflow. • Suggest improvements to streamline data entry and management processes. Required Skills and Qualifications • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace. • Strong typing speed with high accuracy (minimum 40 WPM). • Basic understanding of databases and data management systems. • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Experience • Previous experience in data entry, administration, or clerical work is preferred but not mandatory. • Familiarity with remote work tools and collaboration platforms (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Trello) is a plus.
