International Sales Support Representative Industry & Sector: Global BPO & international customer engagement services supporting online marketplaces and cross-border commerce. We deliver end-to-end customer success and revenue growth by combining sales enablement, order management, and proactive account support for international customers. Location: India — On-site About The Opportunity Join a fast-paced international customer service team that combines sales and support to drive retention and revenue across global accounts. You will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, resolve order and payment queries, and convert service moments into sales opportunities while maintaining SLA excellence. Role & Responsibilities • Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions (voice, email, live chat) for international clients while maintaining high-quality service and SLA compliance. • Resolve order, shipment and payment queries end-to-end using CRM and order-management tools; coordinate with operations to expedite issue resolution. • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities during customer interactions to meet monthly sales KPIs and revenue targets. • Maintain accurate customer records and activity logs in CRM; prepare timely case handoffs and escalation notes when required. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (logistics, finance, product) to drive process improvements and reduce recurring service issues. • Achieve and report on individual and team metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR, conversion rates) and participate in coaching and calibration sessions. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have • Proven experience in international customer service or sales support roles (CRM-driven). • Strong proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk or equivalent) and order-management systems. • Demonstrated phone and live-chat support experience handling high-volume international queries. • Track record of successful upselling and cross-selling in a service environment. • Excellent written and spoken English with clear phone etiquette for global customers. • Ability to work on-site in India and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced operations setting. Preferred • Multilingual capability (e.g., Spanish, French, German) for supporting additional geographies. • Familiarity with cross-border payments, customs/shipments, or marketplace seller support. • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or CRM customization for case workflows.
