We are looking for a motivated Outbound Sales Executive with at least 6 months of experience in LinkedIn outreach and lead generation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, initiating conversations with prospects, and booking meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound prospecting through LinkedIn (Sales Navigator preferred).
• Identify and connect with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
• Send personalized outreach messages and follow-ups.
• Generate and qualify leads based on company criteria.
• Schedule meetings/demos for the Business Development/Sales team.
• Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
• Research target industries, companies, and prospects.
Required Skills:
• Minimum 6 months of experience in outbound sales or LinkedIn lead generation.
• Strong written communication skills (professional and persuasive messaging).
• Basic understanding of B2B sales processes.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools.
• Ability to maintain consistent follow-ups.
• Target-driven and self-motivated attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
