Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Junior Accountant, based in the Mohali district. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, preparing financial reports, and assisting in budgeting and compliance tasks. The role requires maintaining accounts payable and receivable, reconciling financial discrepancies, and supporting the finance team in audits and financial analyses to aid business decision-making. Qualifications • Proficiency in Financial Accounting, Bank Reconciliation, and General Ledger management • Knowledge of Taxation, including GST and TDS, and familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements • Experience using Accounting Software and tools like Tally, QuickBooks, or similar programs • Strong attention to detail, Analytical Skills, and the ability to prepare financial statements and reports • Effective Communication Skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team • Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity • A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required • Previous experience in accounting or finance roles is preferred, but not mandatory
