We’re Hiring: Manager– Sales & Marketing (Nagpur) We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Executive – Sales & Marketing to join our team in Nagpur. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced B2B Sales and are passionate about driving business growth and building strong customer relationships. &##Drive revenue growth with business analytics by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing accounts. • Manage key customer accounts to build long-term partnerships and ensure customer satisfaction. • Oversee the order lifecycle, including commercial documentation, order processing, and delivery coordination. • Support sales planning, forecasting, and market intelligence to aid strategic decisions. &##Education: BE (Marine/Mechanical) / BBA / MBA • Experience: 8+ years in Sales & Marketing • Industrial / Engineering Product Manufacturing, B2B or OEM Component Suppliers, Tier-1 Vendors (Marine equipment experience preferred) &##Working knowledge of SAP and CRM/reporting systems • Strong market analysis, forecasting, and industry trend monitoring skills • Tech-savvy with the ability to analyze company and competitor websites • Ability to leverage AI tools and data analysis for insights and reporting &##Strong decision-making and commercial negotiation skills • Effective cross-functional collaboration with Production, Quality, EXIM & Logistics teams • Good communication skills and escalation management
