Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Jaipur for a Fleet Operations Manager. In this role, you will oversee daily fleet operations including monitoring vehicle performance, managing schedules, and ensuring the optimum use of resources. Responsibilities also include supervising fleet staff, maintaining vehicles, analyzing operational efficiency, and implementing strategies to optimize fleet management. The role requires close collaboration with teams to ensure high service standards in line with company goals. Qualifications • Proven knowledge and experience in Fleet Operations and Fleet Management • Strong skills in Operations Management and the ability to streamline processes • Excellent Supervisory Skills, with the ability to manage and lead teams effectively • Proficiency in Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making • Strong organizational and communication skills • Experience in the EV or transportation sector is an advantage • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field preferred
