Video Editor/Graphic Designer

Company Name: Go School Education Designation: - Video Editor & Graphic Designer Location: Pune (Onsite) Salary: 40k-45k Full-Time Role Summary: The Graphic Designer & Video Editor will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs and high-quality video content to support the university’s marketing, branding, and communication initiatives across digital and print platforms. Key Responsibilities: • Design marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, posters, social media creatives, reels and presentations. • Create visual assets for websites, digital campaigns, advertisements, and internal communications. • Edit and produce videos for social media, promotional campaigns, events, and institutional branding. • Develop engaging short-form content such as reels, promotional videos, and student stories. • Add motion graphics, subtitles, sound effects, and transitions to enhance video quality. • Maintain brand consistency across all design and video materials. • Work closely with the marketing, content, and events teams to support campaigns and institutional initiatives. • Organize and maintain a digital library of design and video assets. Skills & Requirements: • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing tools such as Premiere Pro or After Effects. • Strong understanding of visual design, branding, and video storytelling. • Experience creating social media creatives, reels, and promotional videos. • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: • 2–4 years of experience in graphic design and video editing. • Experience working in marketing, media, or educational institutions is an advantage.
