Senior Manager, Cybersecurity Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
Our site in Pune, India is seeking a Senior Manager, Cybersecurity Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) who will lead the enterprise-wide deployment and operationalization of Clear Skye on ServiceNow as the organization’s new IGA platform. This leader will drive strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of identity lifecycle management, access governance, and compliance functions. Working cross‑functionally with Security Engineering, IT, HR, and application teams, this role ensures secure, scalable, and efficient identity governance aligned with enterprise risk and business priorities.
What You’ll Do:
• Manage Clear Skye deployment, including planning, configuration, integrations, and phased delivery of core IGA
• features like identity lifecycle, access requests, roles, SoD, certifications, and reporting.
• Manage the IGA team by providing daily work direction, coaching, career development, performance reviews, and ensuring adequate staffing and operational coverage.
• Own operational identity governance by establishing and maturing policies, workflows, and processes for identity
• lifecycle, joiner/mover/leaver flows, access reviews, and role-based access models.
• Oversee issue management and escalations by ensuring timely triage, resolution of identity governance issues, and personally addressing complex escalations.
• Lead cross‑functional coordination by partnering with IT, security, engineering, and business application teams to ensure efficient Clear Skye integration and adoption.
• Drive continuous improvement by recommending and implementing process enhancements that increase efficiency, reduce risk, and modernize identity governance practices.
• Ensure governance, risk, and compliance alignment by maintaining adherence to frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and internal audit requirements.
• Develop technology strategy and roadmaps by evaluating emerging IGA platforms, automation opportunities, identity innovations, and maintaining expert knowledge of IAM and threat trends.
• Provide advanced technical support for identity management issues by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving complex problems, while delivering high‑quality customer service and communication.
• Respond to service desk requests according to SLAs by efficiently handling identity‑related inquiries and analyzing trends to identify recurring issues.
• Maintain system health by performing routine software updates, patches, and upgrades to keep identity systems
• secure and up to date.
• Collaborate across IT teams and vendors to resolve complex technical issues and improve IT processes and systems.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT support issues, resolutions, and procedures for future knowledgebase use.
What We Seek:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 5-8+ years of experience in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA/IAM)
• Hands‑on experience with leading IGA tools, Entra ID, AD
• Strong understanding of identity governance concepts (RBAC, SoD, certifications).
• Experience integrating IAM or IGA tools with enterprise applications.
• Strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities
• Expertise in scripting/automation (PowerShell, Python).
Outstanding Candidates Will Have:
• Experience leading enterprise IGA programs, including strategy, roadmaps, and advancing identity lifecycle and access controls in complex environments.
• Expert in deploying and managing Clear Skye (or similar IGA) on ServiceNow, with workflow configuration, HR/AD/Entra ID integration, and ongoing optimization.
• Strong knowledge of IAM/IGA best practices, including RBAC/ABAC, SoD, and alignment with NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and GDPR.
• Skilled in leading cross-functional teams and vendors for large-scale identity projects, including coordinating with security, IT, HR, application owners, and partners.
• Proven success in developing and managing fixed-bid and managed IGA services.
