Our clients are in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the US, UK, Canada, and Australia. The content we make helps real people grow real businesses. It's strategic, it's clean, and it keeps viewers watching. Our content is mostly in German, sometimes also in English but we always provide transcripts for easier workflow. We’re a fully remote team, trusted by international clients for talking head content, podcasts and high-conversion short-form content. Who We're Looking For You're an ideal fit if: • At least 3 years of professional editing experience. • You have mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects • You have a professional-grade editing setup (atleast 32 GB RAM) to handle 4K footage • You have a portfolio showcasing exceptional work in talking head videos, podcasts or reels • You respect deadlines, work independently, and take pride in high-quality delivery • You genuinely believe you're in the top 1% of video editors globally • You have clear English communication, written and spoken to work with international clients. Don't Apply if: • You're just starting out and learning the basics • You don't have a portfolio or reel to share • Your machine can't handle 4K editing • You're not comfortable with a 6-day work week About Your Portfolio Your portfolio matters more than anything else in this application. We will ask shortlisted candidates to send screen recordings of themselves opening their project files in Premiere Pro and After Effects. We've seen too many portfolios that aren't the applicant's own work. If the work is yours, this should be easy.
