Key Responsibilities
• Preparing official notes/notices as directed by Committee Members/Hospital Administrator/CEO
• Attending day to day patients related complaints and addressing their concerns in coordination with OPD Coordinator.
• Constant interaction with doctors to know their clinical requirements and preparing proposals/plan accordingly and getting it approved from Management.
• Daily hospital rounds with ICN to monitor infection control practices and documentation.
• Strengthening Hospital Systems and supporting HA/CEO in Organization Development Work.
• Monitoring of Registration and Admission Department for improvements.
• Monitoring of Optometrist, Counselling and Optical department performance.
• All NABH activities monitoring, ensuring reporting as per needs and managing all meetings.
• Suggesting quality improvement activities in HR department and across Hospital
• Any other work assigned by Committee Members/Hospital Administrator/CEO.
Qualification & Experience:
• Qualification MBA/MHA/M.Phil in Hospital Administration or Personnel Management from a reputed institute.
• Minimum Experience 2 years and above will be preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
• Master's (Preferred)
