Were looking for a really bright Content Analyst (a.k.a. Power BI developer with a teaching mindset) to manage and improve our content strategy for our Courses and YouTube channels (both English and Hindi). Youll work directly with the founder to create content that inspires and educates millions of people around the world. Your work will help shape the content that resonates with our audience and grows our reach. If you love data, creativity, and content creation, this role is godsend for you! Your Role as Content Analyst As our Content Analyst, you'll be the driving force to create remarkable content. Here's what you'll do: Assist in Content Development : • Build Power BI and Excel working files for all our platforms (YouTube, Courses, LinkedIn etc..) • Research and plan new content topics on AI, Power BI Case Studies, Power Automate, and even psychological / mindset / job related content. • Meticulously plan the content flow and engage with our community across all platforms. Content Creation : • Work with Social Media Data (from YouTube, LinkedIn and other platforms) and analyze our performance. • Youll also be working on planning out new content under my guidance. • Review content accuracy and relevance for all our content on an ongoing basis. Your Non-Negotiable Skills Problem-Solving : You thrive on solving challenges independently. Communication : Strong written and spoken English; able to explain complex topics simply. Technical Expertise : • Advanced skills in Power BI, Excel, Power Query, and M language. • Knowledge of Tabular Editor, DAX Studio, and report design best practices. Organization : You are highly meticulous and organized. Passion for Content Creation : You understand what drives clicks, engagement, and retention. You love creating educational content and know the Power BI/Excel space.
