About the job: Technical Product Manager AI Labs (Vibe Coder) Function: Founders Office | AI Labs Experience: 35 years overall Mandatory: 1+ year in an AI-first company / AI product lab / startup Type: Technical PM (hands-on, prototype-first, outcome-driven) This is not a conventional PM job This is a front-row seat to building whats next in AI before the playbook exists. The Mandate You will work directly with the Founder and a core team to operationalize chaos: • Continuously scan the frontier of Agents, multi-agent systems, workflow automation, and new LLM releases. • Prototype aggressivelyPOCs in days, not quarters. • Build and test AI agent workflows (internal productivity, business automation, consumer experiments). • Decide fasthelp call what to double down on, pause, or kill. • Translate complexitybridge business goals to solvable AI architectures and communicate clearly to non-technical leaders. Key Responsibilities • Own 01 AI product initiatives from discovery PRD prototype rollout. • Convert vague problems into clear product requirements: user stories, success metrics, evaluation plans, and acceptance criteria. • Drive rapid experimentation: hypothesis prototype feedback loop iteration (or kill decision). • Partner closely with engineers and AI builders to define: • system flows, API integrations, data needs, prompt/agent workflows • trade-offs across accuracy, latency, cost, reliability, and safety/guardrails • Define and track OKRs and outcome metrics (adoption, retention, task success rate, quality, latency, cost per task). • Run execution cadence: prioritization, sprint planning, release readiness, stakeholder updates. • Ensure learnings are captured in lightweight artifacts: PRDs, experiment memos, decision logs, playbooks. Who This Role Is For (Signals > Degrees) • AI-first experience: Youve worked at least 1 year in an AI-first company/startup/product lab and can move at that speed. • Technical TPM: Youre comfortable with APIs, integrations, system design discussions, and engineering trade-offs. • Vibe coder mindset: You use AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor/Replit/v0/Windsurf) and can ship prototypes fast. • Builder DNA: You enjoy messy 01 work and dont need structured tasks every day. • High judgment: You can separate hype from leverage and make crisp prioritization calls. Must-Have Skills • 35 years in Product / Technical Program / Technical Ops / Engineering-adjacent roles with end-to-end ownership. • Strong written and verbal communication (executive-ready clarity). • Ability to define scope, ship fast, and drive cross-functional alignment. • Comfort with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and founder-level expectations. Good to Have • Experience with Agents / multi-agent workflows / RAG / automation tooling • Familiarity with LLM APIs, evaluation, guardrails, and production considerations • Built internal tools, automations, or AI copilots • Exposure to ClaudeBots / Claude CoWork (or similar agent setups) Output-First Hiring (How to Apply) Resumes alone will be rejected.
