At Granotone , we’re building a creative ecosystem for artists and makers across India. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Customer Support Associate who can deliver a seamless and delightful experience to our customers.
Role Overview
As a Customer Support Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers across multiple channels and play a key role in building trust and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, email, and calls
• Resolve product-related concerns and provide accurate information
• Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, sales, operations) for issue resolution
• Manage order tracking, returns, and complaints
• Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback
• Identify patterns in customer issues and suggest improvements
What We’re Looking For
• Strong communication skills (Hindi + English)
• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach
• Basic knowledge of Excel and CRM tools (preferred)
• Prior experience in customer support or e-commerce is a plus
• Interest in art, craft, or creative products is an added advantage
