About Graun We are a dynamic tech startup building a tech-driven restaurant ordering platform targeting the India and UK markets. Headquartered in Chandigarh, we're focused on seamless ordering experiences for restaurants and customers driving more visibility, orders, and partnerships through smart digital strategies. As SEO Specialist, you'll report to the Growth & Revenue Lead and own our organic search presence. You'll develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, improve rankings for high-intent keywords (e.g., "restaurant ordering app India", "online food delivery UK"), and contribute directly to user acquisition and restaurant onboarding in a competitive food-tech space. Conduct in-depth keyword research & competitor analysis for India & UK restaurant/food delivery verticals Implement on-page SEO : optimise titles, metas, headings, content, internal linking, schema markup (e.g., Handle technical SEO: site audits, crawl errors, page speed, mobile optimization, Core Web Vitals Execute off-page SEO: secure quality backlinks, manage local SEO (Google Business Profiles, citations), outreach for partnerships Optimize content & collaborate with teams on blogs, landing pages, and user-generated content for better rankings Monitor & analyze performance using Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush; voice search, featured snippets, local pack optimization) Support cross-border SEO nuances for UK market (e.g., 2–5 years of proven SEO experience with measurable results (traffic growth, ranking improvements) • Hands-on expertise with SEO tools: Google Analytics/Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs/Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Tag Manager • Strong understanding of on-page, technical, off-page, local, and e-commerce SEO best practices • Analytical & data-driven: comfortable with metrics, A/B testing, and ROI tracking • Excellent written/verbal English; Hindi advantageous for India-focused content/outreach • Experience in foodtech, e-commerce, marketplaces, or SaaS preferred Job Type: Full-time Paid time off Ability to commute/relocate: ~ Chandigarh, Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: SEO tools:
