Telemarketing Executive

We are looking for a confident and energetic Telemarketing Executive to handle outbound/inbound calls, explain our products/services, and generate leads or sales. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude. Key Responsibilities • Make outbound calls to customers using partially provided data; also research and generate leads independently through your own efforts. • Explain products/services clearly and professionally. • Generate leads, appointments, or sales. • Follow up with interested customers and maintain call records. • Handle customer queries and provide accurate information. • Maintain daily call reports and update CRM or records. • Achieve individual and team targets. Eligibility / Requirements • Minimum qualification:Graduate preferred. • Good communication skills in Hindi & English. • Pleasant voice and convincing skills. • Basic computer knowledge. • Freshers can apply (training will be provided). Salary & Benefits • Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 (based on experience). • Fixed working hours(10:00 AM - 6:00 PM). • Supportive and friendly work environment.
